Milestone 0.7

Scrapy 0.7 will be the first public release, and the first attempt to stabilize the API.

This roadmap is composed of these high-level tasks:

• some basic spider classes for users to subclass their spiders from (#11)
• adaptors infrastructure (#3) and some basic adaptors (#7)
• scrapy tutorial (writing a first spider) (#8)
• finish scrapy.org homepage (#4, #12, #13)
• finish documentation (too many tickets to list)
• media/images pipeline (#2)
• new item API and item loaders (#94, #96)
• item exporters (#102)
